• 3 daily workouts with talented and dedicated coaches

• Training with rollerskies in 5 km long tarmac -ski track.

• Basic trainings such as strength, flexibility, speed, interval, hiking, cross country etc.

• Some of our greatest skistars like Petter Northug, Marit Bjørgen, Niklas Dyrhaug,

        and many other stars, both norwegian and international stars has participated as                               instructors.

Football (soccer)

Do you fancy football and want to develop as a footballplayer? Do you love to play tournaments and have the desire to lift the troffee at the end of the finals? Join our football school and learn from our dedicated coaches. Talk to professional norwegian footballplayers and let them show you their skills and their achievements.

 

We offer:

• Two daily sessions focusing on improving your technical skills

• Specific training for goalkeepers

• Skilled and dedicated coaches! Mikkel Diskerud acted as trainer and shared his experience in 2013

• Champions League tournament every night where you get to play with the shirt from the best footballclubs in the world

• We visit Rosenborgs Stadium - Lerkendal - when Rosenborg they play at home.
